Correct procedures are numerous for a change of address. The following information will make your move easier in Beauzelle.

From now on, a single click is sufficient to make your change of address: family
allowance, unemployment benefit, health allowance, forwarding mail, retirement,
tax service, national service…….

Inform authorities of your departure
To have your mail forwarded, fill out a forwarding order that will be delivered at the post office of your former address. Your mail will then be sent on to your new address for a period of six to twelve months but please note that this service is not free.
Notify your departure to:
- EDF,
- France Télécom,
- Tax service (direct taxes-tax collector),
- Insurance company,
- National Health Service,
- The staff department of your company,
- Social security office – CAF.
Finances
Inform your financial institutions of your change of address (CCP = Post Office Account, Bank).
If applicable, pay your tax payment equal to one third of your annual tax to the former tax office.
When you fill in your next tax return, please notify your former and new addresses.
Make your change of address
On your grey card (Prefecture of Toulouse), your identity card, your passport at your Town Hall.
Administrative formalities at your new address
- Register on electoral roll.
- Enrol your children at the local primary school.
- Remember to insure your new home.
- For foreigners with a resident’s permit or work card, report your change of address to the Prefecture of your new home.
