Social housing
For several years, the shortage of social housing is being felt in our area.
The Mayor of Beauzelle, Mr Claude BENOIT makes it his hobbyhorse, and tries for each building programme to integrate, with the collaboration of social landlords, more social housing with a minimum of 20% on each transaction.
In 2007–2008: URBIS: construction of 52 dwellings in homeownership including 10 public housing with the social landlord “ La cité Jardins”
In February 2009: FONTA: Construction of CELLINI villas with flats, 71 homes with 13 social housing including 1 villa with “ La Cité Jardins”.
In September 2009: Social Landlord Promologis realised a project of 6 villas and 24 flats.
In September 2009: “ Les Jardins D’Alexandrine”: construction of 24 dwelling houses at 23 Bis Rue des Ecoles.
In February 2010: PIERRE PASSION: Construction of 49 flats/dwelling houses and 14 villas homeownership including one building reserved for social housing with Promologis.
Construction of 12 social housing in the town centre with corner shops on the ground floor (permit accepted, the beginning of the construction will start next spring). Social landlord “La Cité Jardins.
