Municipal police
In collaboration with the National Gendarmerie located in Beauzelle, the Municipal Police ensures general supervision and policing. It intervenes for example in the fields of prevention, help and more generally assistance to the population. Municipal police officers may help as mediators when called to intervene in particular in neighbourhood disputes.
General supervision
ATV teams. Monitoring of unoccupied residences (Operation tranquillity holidays).
Division into neighbourhoods in constant contact with the population, store supervision, safety around schools, police of proximity.
Administrative police
Pound service (stray animals). Permit for detention of dangerous dogs. (first and second categories).
Traffic police
Speed control. Checking for alcohol in the blood. Parking regulation. Impounded vehicle. Abandoned cars on public highways. Parking exceeding a week time.
Police funeral
Vacation funeral. Town cemetery management.
Opening hours
Monday to Friday: from 8:30 a.m. to 12a.m. from 1:30 p.m. to 6p.m.
